·         Logistics and production - Donald will think through the production implications of your marketing to make sure that what you want to do is doable. Its no good if its pretty but you cannot produce it cost-effectively or you cannot get it to people on time or in good condition

Projects Donald has had a hand in to-date:

·          The set-up and launch of an FT Direct service within the M25 which put the FT on the breakfast table of circa 5000 subscribers before 8am Monday to Friday

·          Managed the logistics and warehousing function for a top 50 charity

·          Managed a subscription service for The Times newspaper

·          Advised UK plcs on Total Quality Management

·          Project managed production and installation for a contract furniture and specialist joinery manufacturer
